• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Shift: Rotating – primarily 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute break)

• Schedule Details:
  4-week rotating schedule includes a mix of:

  • Week 1: 3:00 AM – 3:30 PM Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Monday

  • Week 2: 3:00 AM – 3:30 PM (continuation unspecified in data)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient conditions and update care plans as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document all care accurately and in compliance with regulations.

• Supervise CNAs and other healthcare support staff during shifts.
